I have been seeing Dr. Elyse Rubenstein off and on for the last 20 years. She has been helping me with anxiety and depression. When I felt like I was at my lowest point she really helped me overcome my issues. After all these years, I still take medication but at a very low dose. I now consider myself on a maintenance program. Dr. Rubenstein is very approachable and personable. Sensitive & Compassionate

Elyse is sensitive and compassionate. She is not your typical psychiatrist. She is intuitive and sensitive to my needs. She expresses her observations and delivers her professional opinions in a kind way. I would highly recommend her for those in need!

Good Quality Care

I am very appreciative of the care that I have received over the last few years from Dr. Rubenstein. She is very easy to talk to, she is straightforward and practical. What I admire the most is that Dr. Rubenstein is very caring. She remembers what we talked about from the appointment before so I always know that she is really listening to what I have to say. She is always running on time and I never feel rushed. Whenever I have called about a prescription refill or for any other concern, I have always receive a prompt call back. I have and I would highly recommend Dr. Rubenstein to anyone that wants good quality care.

An Amazing Doctor & Therapist

I have been seeing Dr. Rubenstein for over 10 years. She has been a Godsend! She straightened me out after my previous doctor did medication changes and I ended up feeling pretty bad. Dr. Rubenstein has lent me a compassionate ear, support through my hard times and helped me work through many issues over the years. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is seeking compassion and an amazing doctor/therapist.

Compassionate Listener
